08 May 1866 The boy Charles MOUNTIFIELD having been repeatedly insub ordinate the case was reported by myself to the incumbent. The boy was e xpelled after being flogged by the Reverend Gentleman himself. Subseque ntly I heard a report that the family of MOUNTIFIELDS consisting of 5 c hildren was withdrawn from the school
